Y Not Stop Jonesville Opens Dec. 2nd We're proud to announce the opening of our newest store, the Y Not Stop, located at 506 Martin Luther King Dr. in Jonesville. We're excited to be in business in this area, and we appreciate the warm welcome we've had from the community! St. Romain Oil Sells Commercial Division For 39 years St. Romain Oil Company has provided quality fuels and lubricants to farmers, loggers, construction, riverboats, generators and service stations in central Louisiana. We purchased six other wholesale distributors along the way, in the pursuit of our strategic growth goals. Recently we evaluated our long-term strategy amid changing economic conditions and the never-ending pressure of increased government regulation, and we are proud to announce that effective October 23, 2009, St. Romain Oil Company is selling its commercial fuels division to Lott Oil Company of Natchitoches. This sale is relative to all of our bulk plant business, bobtail and lubricants deliveries, and our direct transport deliveries to farms and trucking companies. This should be a seamless transition to your business, as Lott Oil will continue to deliver the same reliable service, quality fuels and competitive pricing that you have enjoyed with us. Lott Oil has purchased our commercial fleet and hired our wholesale staff, so you will continue to receive service from the same highly trained professionals that you have come to know and trust. The phone number will remain the same (318-964-2424), and Alexandria customers may now call 318-442-4942. All outstanding balances owed to St. Romain Oil through October 22, 2009 should be remitted as usual to St. Romain Oil, PO Box 98, Mansura, LA 71350. All orders delivered on or after October 23, 2009 will be billed from Lott Oil. St. Romain Oil Company is not closing its doors. We have relocated our corporate center to the Industrial Loop between Mansura and Marksville, where we will focus on our direct retail business and wholesale business to independent retailers. This will allow us to streamline our operations and fully focus on this division of our business. It has been our distinct privilege to serve as your supplier, and we really appreciate all of the business dealings we have had in the past. We wish all of you well in your individual businesses, and we are grateful for all of the relationships we have developed over the years. Best of luck to you in the future from all of us at St. Romain Oil! St. Romain Oil Raises $22,000

Wednesday, August 6, we opened the doors at our newest proprietary cafe in our Bunkie Wash-N-Go store. We're delighted to be serving Broasted chicken products along with our homemade hamburgers and great homemade breakfast! We know that the residents of the surrounding community are as excited as we are, and we encourage you to call in your next order or stop by today!
Thanks to all our dealers who attended our dealer banquet at LJ's Casino on June 11. It was a great evening, and we enjoyed the opportunity to show our appreciation for our dealer customers, including those of you who recently allied with our company and those of you who have spent the past 40 years with us. Thanks again -- we're already lloking forward to next year!
Thanks to all our customers who came out for our May 3rd Grand Opening extravaganza at the Y Not Stop, our new store in the Mamou-Pine Prairie area. Grand opening promotions included the Shell 29 car, 29-cent bowls of JR's jambalaya, 29-cent Shell mugs with free fill-ups and refills, and drawings to win a race weekend getaway package or $2900 of free fuel! The weather was beautiful, and we had a blast -- hundreds of people came to check out the Shell 29 car, sample our great, Cajun cooking and register for one of our grand prize giveaways. The lucky winner of the $1000 race getaway package is from Turkey Creek, and the recipient of the $2900 Shell card giveaway is a Ville Platte resident, and we congratulate them both.

Taking a $10,866
LEAP FORWARD
in the fight
against Alzheimer’s
Disease
St. Romain Oil Co. is proud to announce that we exceeded our $10,000 fundraising goal with our 2008 Leap Forward in the Fight Against Alzheimer's Disease. With the help of our customers and vendors, we raised $10,866 for the Louisiana chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. Some of the funds were direct donations from customers and vendors, and the balance came from St. Romain Oil's pledge to donate 5 cents for each gallon of gasoline purchased at 14 participating stations during the three-day Leap Year weekend, February 29 - March 2. We extend our sincere thanks to our employees, customers and vendors who helped to make this year's fundraiser a huge success.
We'd
like to specially recognize and thank our sponsors who helped us to
